Have you ever made a banner using napkins?! I bet you have everything on hand already! This is a great DIY if you have leftover party napkins and just a super inexpensive way to make your own banner.

Supplies needed:
- scissors
- hole punch
- stapler
- string
- twine
- napkins
Step 1:
Cut hearts. I free-handed one and used it as a guide to cut the rest.
Step 2:
Create the bows. Fold a napkin like an accordion, folding front to back and staple in the middle.
Step 3:
Use your hole puncher to punch holes on each design. I did on each end of the hearts and the same for the bows.
Step 4:
Cut string. If you have a smaller hole punch like me, I recommend using curling ribbon. Cut one end on an angle so it has a thin, sharp point. It will be 10x easier to string this way.
Hang your banner and enjoy!

I created this backdrop using the banner, tissue fringe and taped paper plates to my wall.
