
With the summer months approaching, I begin to crave citrus and frozen drinks …which inspired me to create this recipe. This would be perfect for Mother’s Day, bridal shower, or to sip by the pool.
Grapefruit Frosé
Serves 6-8 glasses

Ingredients:
– 3 cups rosé
– 3 cups fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
– 8 cups crushed ice
– 3 tbsp honey
Garnish: mint, lemon or grapefruit wedges
Blend all ingredients together (except for garnishes). Be sure to begin blending slow. You want the consistency to be like a slushy. Pour in coupe glasses and garnish with a mint and a lemon wedge. Cheers!
