Golden hour, rattan, and bright florals are a few highlights that give me all the heart eyes! This is the perfect theme year-round, whether for a bachelorette, summertime soiree, or even early fall, the simple rattan accents and bright florals can work for any season! Just go by what flowers are seasonal at your local Trader Joe’s to recreate the look :). I’m so excited to share this collaboration I did with my besties! I styled the tablescape and am sharing all of tips below. The Location
I set this dinner up picnic style in my backyard to enjoy the sunset and water views. I highly suggest an outdoor location if possible! Once the sun starts to go down, there is such a nice breeze and the ever-changing sky is the perfect entertainment as it gets closer to sunset! If you don’t have the space in your yard, other ideas are the beach, lake or on your patio!

The Tablescape and Sitting Area
An orange Turkish rug, rattan table and leather poufs created the seating area. The table was lined with palms, cacti, succulents, fresh cut citrus and a beautiful floral arrangement. Each place setting included: a terra cotta charger, white dinner plate, modern cutlery, fresh cut palm leaf, custom leather name card, a lime slice, vintage amber goblet with a flamingo drink stirrer and hand dyed hot pink napkins.
I created the leather name cards by purchasing a piece of leather from Michaels. My husband used a white sharpie pen to write each guest’s name.
I rented the bamboo screen, rug, vases and pillows from Plithos Rentals.

Custom Dyed Napkins
If you can’t find the napkin color you need or if you need a color that you most likely won’t use again, I suggest dying your own! It is inexpensive and the perfect way to achieve the custom look. I purchased white linen dish towels from Target for $3.99. Using rit dye, I placed the napkins and dye in a clear bucket with hot water and salt (the exact directions are on the bottle). Let it sit for 30-60 minutes depending on how dark you want the color. Once the color is achieved, wash and dry the napkins with an old towel.

The Backdrop
A bamboo screen was placed behind the table which created the perfect backdrop. It was decorated with an all white organic balloon garland.. looking to create your own? A monochromatic garland is so fun when you have a brighter color scheme! My DIY balloon garland kit includes all of the materials and easy to follow directions to create your own. The best part? No balloon experience is necessary! Check out the kit here
Papel Picado and bright florals including gerber daisies and ranunculus. Palm plants and rattan table were filled with more fresh blooms and cut citrus.
