It’s a green and rainbow week..I’m loving it! It’s always fun to step out of your comfort zone and work with colors you typically don’t gravitate toward.

I created this fun little set up by making an organic balloon garland and a DIY fringe banner.

Supplies needed for DIY fringe banner:

- Tissue paper (20×30 sheets)
- Scissors
- Tape
Step 1:
Take one sheet of tissue paper with the folded end at the top, leave 1 inch at the top and begin creating your “fringe” by cutting strips (mine are about 1 inch apart)
Step 2:
Continue until your desired length. My banner is approximately 3 1/2 ft long. I used two sheets for the green part. Use tape to attach sheets together.
Step 3:
Create a rainbow surprise! Follow step 1. Instead of a full sheet of tissue paper, cut each sheet in half.
Step 4:
Once each additional color is cut, open the green sheets and begin placing in each color. I placed each color 3 inches from the top. Use a piece(s) of tape to secure it.

I love this DIY. It is easy, fast and inexpensive!
