You may have noticed the recent color, logo, font, style changes on my website/social media — from black and peach to neutrals. I started my business in 2015. Change and evolution is bound to happen, it’s a good thing! I had my last logo/color way for about 5 years. I’m one of those people that once an idea pops in my head, the creative juices just flow and I need to make the vision a reality ASAP! I was toying back and forth with hiring someone, but ultimately just created everything myself in Canva.

I was playing around the idea of a rebrand for awhile. I went through a serious transformation mentally back in October and now being pregnant, I just felt like I, myself wasn’t expressed through my brand. I am a one woman show. I handle everything from accounting, to inventory, to packaging orders, and everything in between. My old “brand” no longer resonated with me.

When you walk into my house, everything is neutral, with boho and beachy accents. My office reflects the same feel..even to my Instagram..if someone was asked to describe me, I can bet they would use a few of those words! So, I began playing around with colors and decided on dark, medium and light browns for my color scheme. From there, I created my logo..simple and timeless. I updated my website and all social media platforms to reflect the new change. Lastly, I needed to change my thank you cards I include with every order. Again, I really wanted customers to get a feel for who I am as not only a brand, but the face behind the business. I am so happy with how everything turned out and hope you love it, too!

If you ever feel a disconnect from your brand, that it no longer fits who you are, don’t be afraid to change it! Change is good. Evolution is normal. We are not the same person we were a year ago, let alone a few months ago.
